Customer service is not really good. The sale associate looked annoyed to be helping me. She got a little bit better after I told her I was going to get a more expensive bracelet that I was initially looking for. But for the money people spent here, customer service should be much, much better.

The sales associate knew what we were looking for, however I would think that it was a manager that told the associate that it appeared to be someone ahead of us, we were not aware but as associate was looking for the item that we wanted and was ready to had it to us she was told that she had to help someone else. We were patient and waited for our turn once sales associate was free we got the item that we needed. When asked method of payment I let associate know that I would pay with my debit card she asked for ID which was good but the look that I was given was un necessary. I proceeded to pay and left the store. I have been to this location before, this is the first time that this happened. I do think that since the sales associate had already begin to help us she should have been allowed to let her finish what she had already started. I understand that there is a wait but maybe there should be a sign in sheet at the entrance so that we can sign in and this does not happen to someone else. In reference to the sales associate it is good that she asks for ID but no need for facial expressions.

I was buying a gift and I wanted to be able to see more charms but It was very difficult to see them through the glass, Since the glass is kind of old or damaged it was very difficult to appreciate the charms. I asked the assistant to bring them out in order to look at them very well but she told me it was not possible because the politics of Pandora. I guess if you don’t trust the customers at least you have to replace the glass for a new one in order to let the customers watch the merchandise better. The associated was helpful but I think that kind of rules from Pandora could be more flexible if you know that is kind of impossible to see the charms through the glass. It took more time to chose and iI didn’t want to look around the store to see for more things to buy.

When I went right back to return the charm I had bought given it looked used I was helped by a very unfriendly associate. However when I purchased the charm initially that associate was very nice and friendly
