Limited charms/selection. Unable to place order. I went to buy 3 bracelets and ended up with one. It was supposed to be an experience for 3 girls. They didn't have certain sizes for bracelets

There was no cleaning service and no answer to when it will be available.we waited for almost a half and hour for service already inside the store

I loved the merchandise and the good attention, but I felt pressure to choose because the sales person was constantly asking me what else I wanted. I had 3 things in mind, but instead of taking some time to think, she wanted me to know already. Also the way the jewelry is shown through the glass is uncomfortable. The glass was super opaque! I prefer to buy online from now on

The bracelet was not included with the purchase of 3 charms. $238.15 purchase. No jewelry box included. The box and wrapping was very cheap looking. I will go to Jared’s next time. This was a gift purchase.

The charms were incredibly blurry under the display glass because of how dirty it was. It was very difficult to appreciate the quality and detail of the charms. There were stacked cardboard boxes in a corner of the store in plain view of the customers. This made the store feel messy and not taken care of in terms of presentation. I saw an employee cleaning a charm for another customer with the oldest brush I have ever seen. The bristles were all separated and you could immediately tell it should have been changed a long time ago. The catalog containing the prices and such was all torn up and old. It looked as if a dog had chewed it up. As a customer, it made me cringe seeing the employee show it to me. Most of the employees working at the time did not look very professional. They were dressed appropriately, but some of them had extremely unkempt hair. All of this impacts the image of the brand in a negative way. My experience left much to be desired. I did not feel like I was in a luxury jewelry store environment.

One of the associates that assisted was very rude, she seemed very bothered and even whispering about me to the other associate. Iris kept it professional even as she herself noticed her fellow co worker being bothered with the exchange we did. My mother purchased a bracelet and we went in to exchange it, my mom changed debit cards but had her receipt and the receipt showed her name from her card,checking account os still the same yet the associate stated we couldn’t get our money back. After asking why if it was purchased with a debt card (same as cash) the blonde associate got bothered and started being rude. We ending up having to get a gift card, and purchased over 300$ But we left very discouraged with how that employee acted.

I was satisfied with the purchase. Their was a big line to go inside the store took me and my daughter about 45 min so only I could go inside . Really wanted to look what you guys had but felt like I just needed to buy and leave. Sales person was very professional and helpful .

was not able to exchange merchandise because it was past the 30 day grace period which I was not aware of. I have purchased a lot of merchandise before and not once has an employee ever mentioned anything about the 30-day exchange rule. not a happy customer !!

I know covid puts a damper into amount of guests being allowed in the store, which is not what my complaint is about. But I waited over an hour to get to the front of the line and into the store.Thankfully I already went in knowing what I wanted but, there were SEVERAL associates just hanging out, coming in and out from the back room. Several just causally walking around and talking to other associates clearly not work related. And at one point while I was actually in the store it was just myself and my husband, along with two other guests being helped, I don’t understand why it took me over an hour to wait in line and get into the store when there was clearly enough associates to help move the guests in and out quicker. Again, this is not covid related, this is just flat out horrible guest service. Other than that, Maryanna gave excellent service.
