they had none of the jewelry i was there for, i went to originals exchange the heart bracelet and they didn’t have it in the size i needed nor in any other style i happened to like so i was put on a waiting list. AS WELL AS NOT HAVING THE FREE HUGS charm at any of the stations.

The man taking my temperature wasn't friendly and seemed to have an attitude. Unsure what his problem was but he also didn't keep the line outside organized and i felt unsafe.

It was too much the wait outside the store, I know it’s safety and I appreciated but I waited just to get in for around 45 minutes, and it was only 3 people in front of me.

Not satisfied with not getting a receipt from my purchase so they gave me problems to exchange when the store didn't give me a receipt at the time of pick up

I believe several sales personnel at the Pandora inside Cielo Vista Mall lack customer support. I’ve been to the store on several occasions and unfortunately my experience has not been the best. Sales clerks don’t seem to have a strategy for assisting clients in the order in which they arrived resulting in long and frustrating waiting times. Moreover, clerks always seem rushed to help you, and not very willing to suggest alternate options. I love Pandora products, but the customer service could be much improved. Thank you.

Didn’t have anyone greet me and had to find an associate to help me because no one approached me while I was looking around.

The assistance was horrible. I wasn’t able to look into all the charms so I only buy one and u wasn’t satisfied at all.

I am not very satisfied with this Pandora store because every time I have to wait about 15 mins to get help. I understand that all associates might be busy but they don’t even acknowledge the other people waiting to be helped.
