I was somewhat not satisfied because they did not have a ring box or gift bag for my purchase. I would ask questions about the collection and the sales associate was clueless, about the vintage collection. She didn’t approach me I had to approach her to help me, she thought just because I looked so young that I would not be purchasing anything.

The quality for the bracelet we bought does not look the same as the picture. And for the price it really doesn’t make sense. It looks cheap.

The sales representative are so rude, I ask to see a bracelet and she tell me look around the store, but on bad attitude, I’m very disappointed I prefer purchase online

The sales rep was more negative than positive. She made me wanna not make the purchased but had to because it was a birthday gift. I felt it was a struggle.

The associates looked overwhelmed by the amount of people waiting outside. You stand on line for 30 min and go in just to find out all the items are sold out. I remember going to Pandora and all associates looked so nice and put together and not anymore either, they need to go back to stricter dress code. Just not the same experience anymore I wouldn’t go back. I’ll just shop online and not deal with sold out and overwhelmed employees.
