I asked the lady a lil bit more information about the merchandise and she was not very helpful and friendly… i said give me some óptions about what to buy and she sais what do you want… i said im New with the brand… so i just bought some ítems and left…. I felt no welcome

Employee didn’t have a lot knowledge on products also he talk very low and it was like he didn’t want to work.

Your employee was fake and a good profiler trying to speak Spanish to us, never looked at us in the eyes. She seem bothered that we were her customers.

Sales associate was not friendly. Did not offer to show us anything. Just stood and stared at us until we asked for each item.

The associate that was “helping” me was not very nice, she had an upset face the whole time I was there she was not friendly or helpful. Both my husband and I were there only he was with a different associate. We both asked for the same product only my associate didn’t take the time to really check for what I was looking for and told me the item I was looking to buy was not in stock. The associate that was helping my husband took more time in trying to find us what we needed. She found the product and we purchased from her instead. Also this one person per associate is pretty frustrating.

Placed an online order for Mother’s Day and my order was cancelled days later. Called the store, no answer. Went to the store, said it would be ready Monday but emailed order was cancelled. Website didn’t have any order updates just “in progress” Went into store Monday, line was 15 ppl by opening time. Called customer service, no help. Went Thursday, associate just said they were busy but no reassurance to make me feel my order had been important

I know we are in the middle of a pandemic but associates should be friendly. Wasn’t able to walk around the store to view merchandise. Wasn’t asked if I wanted to see anything else after I asked to see a ring.

Devolví una pulsera que estaba más barata en este momento a el tiempo en que yo la compré Primero me dijeron que me devolverían una cantidad y después me dijeron otra después escogí una pulsera y terminaron diciéndome que esa opción no se podía que sólo una opción más cara ! Obviamente con lo que me devolvían no me alcanzaba para una pulsera igual tenia q poner diferencia que igual de todos modos tuve que pagar
