Sales rep was very rude and not accommodating and even asked me “What do want”. Felt rushed and very uncomfortable

While I understand the impact covid has made on businesses during this time, it should not impact the level of service you provide your customers. I went on Sunday with my husband to purchase a special gift for my daughters birthday. First, they would not allow us both in together unless we made separate transactions, then I went to my store sales person and while he was helpful he didn’t know exactly what I was looking for. When he went to wrap my purchase I tried to look around to see if I could find the item I wanted and the lady at the front door approached me saying that I could not walk around and said I needed to go stand at my station. Not all of us know exactly what we are looking for and while we are there to purchase we also want to browse for other items. If we are wearing masks and not touching anything why is this not allowed? Very upsetting, she made me feel like I was infectious, and that’s after they checked my temp before going in!

I experienced a cancellation incident via online;then, called and speak witha S.A. he sent an email for curbside, never reply back to me. I went to the store, spent an hour online. S.A. Georgina, was completely not showing emotions to sale (not even in christmas season). She keep yawning and ignore my problem feedback. she called another S.A. to talk about me, then return and say "why do you need" 3 times she forgot. There is a free item with the purchase of 125 dlls or more, she sayd she could not do anything about it. I am a Sales Manager, definitely will never hire someone with a NAIVE AND Ungrateful attitude. Let's set a reminder to hire and train S.A. that really want to assist, help, sale your product and provide customer service. I do believe this S.A. possibly just took the job for the season, very disapointed, not at the product, but to this particular S.A.

I don’t appreciate having to look at the charms through the glass. This store doesn’t take the trays out so customers can actually enjoy the charms they want to purchase. I was told this was a pandora policy, however I was at the pandora store in San Antonio 2 days prior where I made the original purchase and there then took the trays out for me. So, I don’t believe this is the policy of pandora. In addition I have been to Pandora’s in many different cities and have always been able to view the trays in person, not through the display case. This store has always provided poor service in my opinion. I’ve had my bracelet cleaned here and the rep quizzed me about my bracelet like I had brought Walmart Charles in to be cleaned. It was my original pandora bracelet that had retired charms on it but I don’t expect to be treated like that just because I want an older bracelet of mine to be cleaned. Also other pandora stores took a picture of my bracelet and then took the charms off to thoroughly clean it. This store does not. I’ve had my bracelet cleaned here twice and never received a good cleaning.

Sales rep forgot to give me the receipt, promised to send it via email and I have yet to receive it, I tried to make an exchange that same day with the same credit card I had used and they said that because I did not have the receipt that I couldn't. I left without my receipt and without an exchange.

The lady that help us did not have good communication skills. She showed us the charms through the glass which ever other associate takes out so we can see them. She gave me the price before I even asked which made me feel that she thought I couldn’t afford it.

I had spent 300 on some merchandise and had to return because ther was a scratch on one of the charms. I had asked if the sales associate could clean my bracelet that I previously own and she said no because they are to busy. Very disappointed
