When we walked in the first time we waited to be helped out. Nobody came up and asked if we needed help. We waited for about 10-15 minutes! yet still no help so we left. We then came back and again none of your sale associates helped out other than one! All the other associates were really rude and didn't help at all they were making really rude faces and had no manners

I had an incredibly awful experience at the Pandora located in the Cielo Vista Mall located in El Paso, Tx. My family and I first entered the store in hopes of looking at the Marvel bead collection, we walked in and nobody greeted us or even acknowledged us with a hello or how can I help you. Felt extremely uncomfortable but proceeded to look on our own at the beads, we stood and looked around for a minute or two until a fellow customer informed me that I needed to sign in on a sign in sheet to be seen. Since I already knew what charm I was interested in purchasing I ask a lady if I could simply purchase it and she referred me to Maria M No. 211828. Unfortunately Maria was extremely rude as she retrieved the charm, threw it on the pad. I asked her if she could shine the charm and simply told me no as it was new. She continued to have attitude and aggressively handed me the bag with no kind gestures. As we walked out of the store disappointed in the behavior of Maria we informed the male co-worked of the horrible customer service.

I went into the store because there was a sale and unfortunately they did not have a lot of the charms I was looking for but I still got some anyway. Once I had purchased it, I went back in to return the charm in less than an hour and most of that time I was waiting in line to get back into the store. My plan was to return the charm and go online to purchase the charms I really wanted. When I tried to return the charm I was told I could not return it because it was on sale, however I did not see any terms or conditions in which I could not return the item and per the manager Rachel everyone knows that you can't return sale items. Per this manager she did not have to post the terms and conditions anywhere as it was widely known those sales did not allow for returns. I'm sorry but I do not know the terms and conditions by memory nor should I have to. After much arguing with her poor judgment she said she would do it this one time but she would flag my account. Flag my account for what? Changing my mind? The item was returned within an hour, it was not damaged in any way nor did I commit fraud? It is absolutely ridiculous the service I received.

Our sales person Maria M (211828) was incredibly rude, didn’t know about the promotions and didn’t care to ask someone else, she seemed like she would rather be anywhere else than at work. Did not give the Pandora experience and I would not go back because of her.

I bought many things on Saturday specially an eye charm the sales person put it on my bracelet on Saturday on Sunday by the end of the day I noticed that my charm fell off and it’s not the first time it happens what can I do?

The Pandora store inside Cielo Vista Mall in El Paso, TX still has limited capacity so it takes anywhere between 30-45 minutes just to get inside. All pandemic restrictions/limitation have been lifted yet, these workers still choose to keep customers outside. Once inside, I was shown the mother's day charms through a dirty, scratchy, opaque glass on the counter and couldn't see the selections very well. The sales girl (Amber) was very matter-of-fact to my questions. When I asked about the free bracelet promotion, she said they were sold out and I couldn't get one. Against my better judgement, I still made a purchase (though I plan on returning in the next couple of days). I ordered the same (or very similar) items online and was able to get the free bracelet. Poor customer service is what limits my spending at Pandora. I prefer to spend 5 times more somewhere else just because I do not get treated like I don't matter.
