I went in for a warranty claim because my bracelet is sharp and poking me. In the same area, one of my charms gets stuck and it is difficult to remove. The CSR and her manager Rachel, said it was normal and there was nothing they could do about it. CSR said I could always purchase a new bracelet. Nothing was resolved.

If this wasn’t the only Pandora location in El Paso I wouldn’t shop here. Every single time we shop here everyone is short and rude. No sense of urgency to sell at all no manager on site ever. All employees look lost aren’t very knowledgeable and very slow. It’s soooo frustrating having to walk in this store. They can be making so much more money if they had better customer service and an urgency to sell let alone up sell if something isn’t in stock or simply offer to get on line or something.

I was waiting in the line for 2 hours and there was plenty of employees laughing and eating instead of working, that was June 28 at 6:00pm, Cielo Vista Mall, everyone in line was so mad

My parents bought me 5 charms & 3 rings, 1 charm wasn’t able to be returned due to “used & damaged”. I already had that charm and the charm was never taken out of the box. During the exchange I didn’t physically have the receipt my father did so he sent me a picture of the receipt and they kept saying there they weren’t going to accept the exchange because I might have perhaps edited the receipt. I’m a loyal shopper there with a credit card. I don’t accept the disrespect and foul assistance that was served to me on 6/28/2021. Now I’m left with 1 charm that isn’t being able to be returned.

I don’t believe I have ever encountered such unfriendliness and unwelcoming behavior from a retail environment in my life. From standing outside the store behind the chain and no one greeting me for 30 minutes, too asking me to step away from the counter where I was paying, it was a terrible experience. I left feeling like I was bothering the sales team every moment of my shopping experience at this location. I will never return to this location, and I am honestly surprised if anyone feels they have a pleasant experience here. What a true disappointment for Pandora fans.

I understand that we are in a pandemic and that precautions are being taken. However, I do not understand why couples cannot enter together. What is the difference if as a couple we pretend we do not know each other and he/she enters as the “next” customer? My husband would have probably spent more money had he been able to shop with me verses him giving me money to get the one item we had in mind. We were both wearing masks and had both used hand sanitizer and had been in line for at least 30 minutes. Employees should at least advise people so we are not in line only to find out we cannot enter store together. Very disappointing!

The sale person name Avy R. 198813 wasn’t knowledgeable was a little rude. Also was asking for a product and she said that she couldnt sell it to me

Representative wasn’t that friendly she seemed like she was in a hurry. At the en of the transaction even though my mother and I told her that everything was going to be together so we can get the 10%discount when we applied for the credit card since we bought more than $500 ... but at the end she ended splitting the transactions since another lady helped my mom as well ( I guess they both wanted their commissions) and told us That we will get The 10% off on everything either way, she did not ask me how I wanted the receipt and she just told me that I would get it by email, when I opened the email .. it did not said anything about the discount, it only appear in my mother’s receipt, even though we ask her a couple of times To confirm that we wanted it all together and she end up doing what was more beneficial for her sale not for the customer.
