The store manager Lionel is a very unpleasant person and very rude. He was un knowledgeable about certain products, specifically bracelet sizing. Just a rude person. I expect better treatment from a jewelry store like Pandora. I had an online coupon and he did give it to me. I a couple of minutes later I decided to purchase another charm on a separate transaction and he denied the coupon this time. I was about to return everything I purchased because of that. I didn’t end up purchasing the last charm and went to Jared instead to purchase it.

I recently bought the new Pandora Rwflections bracelet on January that had only been out in the market for a few months and the clip is starting to rust or fade it's shinny silver. Not even have had it for 2 months I was told by manager and associate that it was wear and year. Not satisfy for the newest bracelet Pandora has and that I've had for only 2 months and don't wear allot. How well it look after a year. I am a longtime Pandora customer and went to clean my other 3 full bracelets I own.

employes did not want to exchange a ring, making lies that they did not had the ring size need. extrelly bad looking employees at Vielo Vista Mall at El Paso, TX

They did not respect their promotion. I was forced to get a metal bracelet instead of the leather one I wished for. Manager told was rude and told me it was because they’re privately owned, but I called other Pandora’s and was told it was a lie.

Leslie was just bored helping us. She was plahing with her hair amd touching the charms with her hands after playing woth her hair. We couldn't understand her when she would talk she wasnt clear enough. To top it off we left with a red cheap gift bag with our $200 purchase in it.
