Fast service and friendly customer service. Danielle was very helpful with the selection I was looking for pointing me in the right direction. The payment process was fast and easy with minimal contact with any machines for your safety.

The sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable about Pandora items. Her name was Danielle. She was very professional during my visit and offered other suggestions for items i was looking for .

Amazing service, I never have an issue getting no in to the Pandora store. Everything is always so nice and clean as well the employees are so nice and love to take care of their customers.

I arrived as the store was sanitizing between 3:30 and 4 pm and luckily was first in Lima and attempted to promptly by Lauren. She was very sweet and helpful. Making alternative selections since what I when I’m for was not available. I had previously ordered on line and had to ship back what I received due to it being the wrong size. In store Lauren was able to help me find something comparable. And I still ordered one charm online since it wasn’t in store but should arrive in the next day just in time for my wedding

The associate Maryanna R. Was very knowledgeable and even recommended a band to create a stackable ring and it completed the look beautifully and Her service was definitely a 10/10!
