I was very satisfied with the level of customer service provided and all the COVID-19 precautions they were taking. Another customer was getting to close for comfort and one of the managers told them if they can please return to their station as per social distancing rules; if only every establishment did this. Thank you to the GM Paulina and SL Ale for the great service when I had to do an exchange on a gift I received. They did it with such ease and with a great attitude.

There was a long line to get inside the store and they seemed to be short handed. The manager was outside asking customers if they were returning, exchanging, picking up an order that way the line can move faster. Although, I had to wait I appreciate they had a system going to help everyone faster.

I was very satisfied because our salesperson Georgina was super friendly! She also really helped me find the right charms. She was very funny and sweet and was extremely helpful

With Covid it's a difficult time but it was pleasurable and sales associate was very accommodating and knowledgeable. I knew what I wanted to buy before getting into the store. At the end of transaction I changed my mind about the bracelet and she knew exactly what I wanted. Even with Covid I had a nice enjoyable shopping experience!

Maryanna R was the one who took care of me, and since it was my first bracelet she helped me put it together, and she looked and looked till she found what I was looking for and even showed other items she though i might like. I want to thank her again and will as for her next visit
