I was highly satisfied because I was provided great customer service since before entering the store. The lady who assisted me Nicole was beyond friendly and helpful. Although the store was about to close they never rushed me and made sure I received the best of the help

Great customer service! Maryanna was very knowledgeable and helpful as I was making my decision for pieces of jewelry.

Went into the store not knowing too much about it, just knew that they sold bracelets that you can attach charms. Alea was very patient with me as I browsed the catalog and looking at the different charms. She was knowledgeable about the different products that are available in store and had great recommendations to the different charms and the colors and how great they would contrast with each other.

The associate helping me was very sweet and i had a very good interaction! I was overall very satisfied
