The fact that we are going through a pandemic, staff remained polite. Staff had me wait for a reasonable time and took my temperature before entering the store. My salesperson, Alejandra, was polite and helped me look for exactly what I needed and looked for.

The woman at the door was friendly and held conversation. The saleswoman apologized fr the wait due to covid and limit of customers in the store. She was knowledgeable and really friendly. She made me laugh.
