I appreciated the cleanliness in the store due to covid pandemic. The associate was very nice and helpful. Of course the facts that there was a sale brought me in.

First time ever going to a Pandora store, we got there 10 minutes before closing. The gentleman at the door was very polite, did not display any discontent for us walking up that close to closing time, very professional. The sales associate who helped us, Caitlyn, was extremely pleasant! I could tell she was new and a little nervous. Her manager walked up to make sure everything was going well, she was literally “breathing down her neck”, but Caitlyn kept her composure and continued to assist us. There is a way to train an employee, you guide them, assist them, but you don’t make them feel like they are not doing their job...especially in front of customers. Again, Caitlyn did a great job for being a new employee!! This was at the El Paso location in Cielo Vista Mall.

I really like the associates at Pandora. They are very friendly and I love the charms and bracelets of Pandora.
