My daughter was super excited with the bracelet and the charms. The lady helped me with the choice of charms and bracelet and it was perfect for her.

Overall am pleased with evetything. Would like more coupon or special to be able to purchase more frequently. Maybe even a bonus purchase or points program.

She recommended a charm that went with another item I already had. The store was very busy, but my sales associate worked with me and I was out of the store quickly.

I was highly satisfied due to my experience with Larissa. She was extremely helpful and was not pushy in the least. She was extremely down to earth, very knowledgable about the product and was so friendly the whole time! I never felt rushed with her and she helped me with everything that I asked for without being annoyed that I was taking her time.
