i got everything i needed. everyone was friendly. i found what i was looking for easily.

2 associates helped me choose stacked rings for my daughter's wedding. They were very knowledgeable and gave good advice and opinions for what I was looking for. I shopped in the Lehigh valley Mall store.

I specifically came in looking for a b-day gift for my daughter. I knew what I was looking for. The sales associate started her welcome speak and I kind of cut her off because I was in a hurry and didn't have time to listen to it. She remained very friendly and I ended up finding exactly what I came in for and she helped me through the transaction and was very pleasant. I do not buy Pandora for myself only because I wear all gold jewelry and not silver. I cannot afford your gold pieces. Very pretty jewelry though. I will go back to the store when I need a gift for someone.

We were able to find the item we wanted. Lines were not long at the location. My wife was happy!

This is not the first time i go to this Pandora. i have never had any issues. love the friendliness of the employees, very helpful and pleasant. Celine was very helpful associate.

The service the jewelry I love it

The first Pandora store did not have the 50th Anniversery charm I wanted but the girl did check the other stores in the area to find it for me. She even gave me directions to that store. Great customer service!
