I was on my lunch hour and I needed advice about purchasing charms for my graduating from high school grand daughter. I received quick helpful advice and was able to purchase 2 charms matching a picture of her bracelet and leave with lots of time to spare.

I was satisfied because the customer service was anazing. It was mother’s day so it waaa long line out there door( As expected). While waiting though, the sales associate cane out and handed everyone a book so we can start looking and getting an idea of what we would wanna purchase . That was very helpful for me because this was my first time shopping there . Once I got in the store it was smooth sailing from there . The associate made me very comfortable and helped me a lot .

Upon entering the store the sales manager very professional then entering the store the sales rep was very professional and very courteous. I would definitely shop here and come back my first time ever going to Pandora and I love it.satisfaction guaranteed
