Very friendly associates everytime I enter the store,the reason I continue shopping with them.Just go in sometimes to look around and they are always available to answer my questions.I will always buy my charms and bracelets there.

I’m highly satisfied with my visit to the Pandora store because the sales associate was very friendly and provided a great service

There was 5 minutes left until closing. I just wanted some simple earrings. One lady with long black hair looked at me and stated rudely the store was closed. The other two woman were really nice and told me I could come in. They were really nice and the transaction took no more than 4 minutes. They were amazing but I did not appreciate the other woman.

All of the associates were very friendly and made me and my girlfriend feel at ease! They took their time to show us what options we had with the budget I had in mind. Overall wonderful and easy experience!

The sales associates are always friendly and ready to help. I myself spend a lot of time in the store only because it takes me a long time to make a selection I never feel rushedthey spend as much time needed until I’m happy with my choice. My favorite associate is Shannon (Lehigh Valley Mall) shes awesome. The only thing about the store is it a little on the small side during the week it’s ok because not too much people are out shopping by the weekends can can really busy and the store gets crowded even though they monitor how many customers go in at a time it still feels crowded. But overall I LOVE Pandora. I recently got my 3 daughters their first charm bracelets.

Associates were helpful, Sandra, our salesperson was extremely helpful and kind.

Overall my experience was satisfactory, however items I wanted to purchase were not available and I had to wait in a line to see an associate. What made the visit satisfactory was the professional and friendly associate I dealt with.

Lady was very nice. Very patient. and knew what she was doing.
