I called them to check if they had the merchandise in stock and the representative placed it on hold after I told her I might not make it to collect it . She was nice .

The person helped me with picking out charms and understood that I needed certain ones due to my moms job. She was very helpful and knew the products very well. She also made sure that the product was in stock before selling them to me.
