The store closed at 9 pm - I got there to exchange an item at 8:50. My sales assistance was extremely helpful and pleasant. I stated I was sorry for coming so close to store closing and she stated it was no problem. This was a Christmas present and I was not sure how to care for the product. She went out of her way to explain how to care for product. She did not rush me and spent a great deal of time with me.

I was very satisfied with Hannah she was friendly and asked questions about why I was making my purchase. There was an employee that was managing the door who was very rude. She told us that we weren't allowed in because they were done taking orders. It was 5:45 and the mall was closing at 6. We said to her that we knew exactly what we wanted and we would be quick. My mother in law said it was Christmas and pleaded with her. She looked the other way, told us no, and decided to ignore my mother in law. At that point we asked for a manager and she ignored our request until she just couldn't any more. At this point Hannah noticed something was wrong and at the same time as the manager she came to the front and said to us to come in and she would take care of our order. She was extremely nice and made the rest of my visit (which was short) enjoyable. I did tell her that the girl at the door was rude and shouldn't be the first of the customers encounter. She apologized and wished us a Merry Christmas. Thank you Hannah.

Despite my visit was a day before Christmas eve I was in and out without 30 to 45 minutes. All the associates I encountered that day were very helpful and friendly.

Even though it was an early Christmas Eve shopping day for me all of the associates were very friendly and helpful. Took her time with me to make sure what I picked for my mother was perfect. I will definitely be returning for some items for myself!

I placed an order online and happened to have ordered the wrong sizes. I went to the store to exchange the items and with the help of the sales associate was able to get exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Pandora.

This was my first and only experience with Pandora to date. I went to the Lehigh Valley Mall store on Dec 22nd and the mall was packed, but I became annoyed when I saw there was a line just to get into the Pandora Store (I was about #10 in line). I was considering leaving when a sales associate came out and started working the line, talking to myself and everyone else in the line, passing out literature and asking what we would be looking for and if we had any questions that she could answer. I had several questions about bangle bracelets and charms and she answered them all expertly. When I finally got near the door I saw that as an associate became available she would come to the door to greet the next customer and accompany them to her work area. That really impressed me as a way to cut down on crowding at the counters or confusion about who was next and where to inside the store. Once I got waited on there were no issues, all 3 items I wanted were in stock (I was worried about that because of the Christmas rush), and the ladies packaged everything very nicely.
