The customer service at the Pandora Store located in The Lehigh Valley Mall was excellent. From the associates to the manager, great attention with me. I did an exchange and it went smoothly.

The knowledge of the associate and the way she show us several different charms for the bracelet. How everyone working in the store was pleasant and knowledgeable was a selling point for my wife and I.

I went wanting to buy earring. I never purchased Pandora earring before and the sale associate showed me different styles and options. I left purchasing a set of earring for my wife’s birthday gift.

I when to the store and there was a line and in no time I was in and out of there so quickly.My daughter introduced me to this store and I live it.

The day i went the my local Pandora store the store was very busy and there was a line outside of the store. Staff wasted no time they got you and out with what you want in very professional manner. I loved the efficiency and effectiveness of the way that the staff was running the store and handling the amount of traffic it had that day. Professionalism at that store that day with how busy it was, a definite 10 out of 10.

The staff was friendly and attentive. I was able to find what I was looking for and complete my purchase within 10 minutes.
