The employee who helped me was very personable and friendly. She made sure I was getting the best deal. She also found the bracelet I was looking for very quickly.

My sales associate Hagar was an extreme help, she really knew what she was talking about and she cleaned up my bracelet to make it shine again. She brought out multiple charms of what I wanted and similar charms that I would like as well. I was greeted by everyone in the store, and Hagar set up my charms on my bracelet for me in the best looking way. Overall I was extremely satisfied with my visit and will be going back for Christmas!

I went in there on the Sunday of Black Friday, so the mall was very busy, but the associates at Pandora were efficient and very helpful. They sized me, found the ring I was looking for and helped me purchase it quickly. I was in and out in about 10 minutes.
