Good quality merchandise, but i feel it’s somewhat overpriced. Associates are very friendly, experienced & accomidating. Overall a good experience.

Gabriela was friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable throughout my time in the Whitehall store. I left the store feeling that I made the right purchases and experienced shopping as it should be but unfortunately no longer is.

I was greeted immediately even though the shop was busy and all the clerk were busy. I was helped as soon as the next clerk became available. I explained what I wanted and the salesperson gave me what I wanted without trying to push something more expensive on me. She was personable and friendly and gave helpful advise. She advised me of the sales promotion, but did not push when I said I was not interested.

The associate who waited on us was very knowledgeable about the products in the store and was a great help in finding the item my wife wanted.She knew where the merchandise was located and it did,not take very long to make our transaction and go on our way.

Because the staff has the knowledge n personality I am looking for when I shop. Always have a smile on their faces as you walk through the door. They know me by name and make me feel like family.
