Not bashing pandora or anything because i was indeed satisfied, however there was a change to the policy about returning items bought online, saying stores can no longer do exchange; if they were bought online then they should be replaced online. I think if this is a new policy then customers also have a right to know about it because i was never informed about this policy and had problems exchanging a wrong order that i had received.

I was very satisfied with the service and I found everything I was looking for. The associate that worked with me seemed to be new, so she didn’t have much knowledge on the items, but that’s not a complaint just an observation; I understand that it takes a while to learn. But she was very kind and helpful.
