We were very satisfied with the ladies working there they were all very curious & greeting!! Overall customer service was excellent!!!!!! My Daughter just wished they would’ve showed her more choices of charms instead of just the high end ones! She looked in the Cato log they gave her after we left & there would’ve been other charms little less expensive she would’ve liked! And we couldn’t my military discount because it dropped us $4.00 under $150. So we ended up paying more for our purchase, that was a little upsetting!!

The store is extremely small. It is very uncomfortable to shop there especially during holidays.

As a cell rap I feel like she shut off told me what she had on sale. Other options and choices

Upon my arrival I was greeted by the employee who assisted me right away. I told her was I wanted and she showed me the selection. She was helpful.

Did not have ring size selections I needed for 2 of 3 rings I had to purchase

My ring ended up being the wrong size but I think that’s more on me than Pandora

Sales associate attempted to get me to purchase more expensive item than the one I specifically asked for. When I pulled up the ring in which I wanted to purchase, she said she didnt believe they had my size, and said they only had my size in a kinda, not really, similar ring but that it would be more expensive. I asked again, would you mind checking that you do not have the size I would need in the ring I came in looking for, and that is when she magically found the right size. Very disappointed that she was so insistent on the more expensive ring. She then tried to get me to still buy the more expensive one by saying it could be stacked with the same ring in a different color and kept asking if I wanted to do that and buy 2 instead of one. Although, I felt I was very upfront that I wanted the ring I came in for.

Pandora are a little pricey

Wasn’t Not highly satisfied this specific location has just been less ‘ fun’ or collaborative since we noticed a change in management. Old mgmt seemed to keep the girls energetic and always smiling eager to help
