Long wait to get into the store. More expensive than I anticipated. Wasn’t told the prices of items before selecting them.

Selection was great. But salesperson suggested items I did not come to the store for. I was not happy with being pushed to buy something I did not come for.

Honestly the service was great I just wish that they were still allowed to clean the bracelets because I like that feature. It allows a quick option that I prefer at home i honestly wouldn’t take the time to do it and it wouldn’t be as nice

My first visit and is so cute I will buy more..

My Bracelet was tarnish.. also charms was tarnished .. however I got exchange with only the bracelet not with the charms because charms are discontinued and they cannot exchange my charms any reason which is ridiculous I spend $250 .. for that kind of product.. never again spend that much money and recommend to other to do that

Due to the prices of your merchandise, it is unfortunate I can’t wet it. There should be no reason your jewelry cost so much, and I’m not able to wet it. This company needs to do better. Due to the fact I’m not able to wet it I won’t be buying anymore from your store. Horrible.

I was satisfied

Was a quick fast service. Explained to sales rep what i was looking for and she immediately was able to provide options. Did not have to wait or was not overwhelmed with crowds.

I waited in line for 20 min and then was redirected to another Pandora location within the mall. I did as I was told , losing my current place in line. After arriving at the other Pandora location they didnt have the item and redirected me back to the orginal Pandora store. I had to wait in line again for 30 min. The item i was after was not in stock despite me asking if it was to avoid waiting in line. They did end up selling me the display pair with no discount.
