First of all, the staff there is very nice. Secondly, the charms are really nice and cute, I literally like every one. And the service is great too.

I was in and out in the store in less than 10 minutes and was assisted by a smart young woman who helped my mom and I pick matching charms

I went in pretty close to close and EVERYONE in the store was nothing but patient, willing to help, and kind. I worked with Killarny and she was so sweet. She helped me find the best fit for my bracelet and what order would work best for my charms. She was incredibly helpful with suggestions and was not pushy to get me in and out so close to closing time
