This is my home pandora and eveytime I go into the store I'm always very satisfied with the service they have

This was a last minute visit into the store just to look around without the intent to purchase anything. I was with my son who is wheelchair bound and just looking around. The associates that assisted me took out the set of charms I was interested and brought them around for my son to also have a look at them. They even cleaned my bracelet and charms since I asked. They even interacted with my son while I was making a choice as he was voicing out which one I should get. My son enjoyed the store even though he is just 6 years old. Thank you for making him feel included.

All sales associates where very nice very approachable great customer service! At Lehigh valley mall. Can’t say that about viemont mall Pandora store thru need attitude adjustments.

it is always a pleasure going into this store. Kalarny and her staff are absolutely amazing. They are always kind and have smiles on their faces.
