This was the first time in the store & I wasn't sure of what I wanted. I was buying for my granddaughter's 16th birthday. The clerk was very friendly, and very knowledgeable about the products and suggested some charms that were perfect! Because of her I had a wonderful experience at your Lehigh Valley Mall store and will definitely be returning.

Everything from start to finish was perfect. Walked in was greeted right away at first I was looking specifically for anything butterfly to start my new bracelet and was helped by 2 wonderful ladies that made my trip Great.
