I knew what I wanted already but the knowledge and friendliness of both associates made the visit quick and easy I was hunting these two charms down for a while decided to pop in & what do you know you had them. THANKS GUYS!!!

The manager was very helpful. She was very friendly and nice. She was very patient with me while picking new charms. The wait was not long at all.

The girl who attended me was so specific and kind that I would not hesitate to go again and buy directly from her, I loved all the things they have and many offers, excellent service.

Overall great experience! I had put the items on hold since I didn’t want to order them online u needed to try the ring on first and it was perfect the girl was so sweet. This was a night and day comparison to two other Pandora stores I visited. I went to kind of Prussia mall and stopped in and the girl was so rude and told me “yes we absolutely have what you want in your size” I was so excited but she came back with the wrong ring and was ready to ring me up she didn’t want to hand it to me to try on! I then asked where the other two items were that she said she had she said wait one moment - turned out they were out of the other ring I wanted which is fine but she should not have said up front that she had everything in my size. Finally when I asked her about the earrings again she said oh right you want to see them? & hands me the paper chart - not real earrings. So my friend and I left. We were very disappointed and my friend was looking at the earrings as well she probably would have bought something -The Lehigh valley mall Pandora is the only one I will go to the girls are so nice :)
