The customer service was amazing from the time I stood in line there was someone assisting with social distance and a thick Pandora hand book was given to customer who wanted one to see all merchandise that can be purchased. This help made up my mind and I can do any changes I wanted before entering the store due to the book given. The staff was super friendly and help with my choices.

Due to the mother's day weekend the lines were very long but moved quickly and efficiently. The staff was amazing. If you knew specifically what you wanted you could've checked out while still in line. This is something i thought was extremely productive because it showed the line to move quickly and people to get in and out with ease.

cleanliness sells person price and Morgan was the best ever always with a smile i think some sales people should be able to offer a special if they do 100% to the customer

The sales associate, Kallarny, was knowledgeable and very accommodating. She made recommendations and did nomt seem bothered as we changed our mind. We finally purchased 3 bracelets and 4 charms. She made all of the difference!
