The sales associate Kallarny attended to my needs in orderly fashion. She took the time to answer my questions. Went over which charms were compatible with my bracelet and inform me that I can have my bracelet cleaned in store or I can buy a kit and have it cleaned at home. The store was kept nice and clean. Had a good experience overall
