As always. The sales associates were friendly, accommodating to my need of using a lowered station due to being in a wheelchair and were ready and willing to do whatever we threw there way. Started w wanting a polishing cloth n to look at a necklace and possibly a birthstone themed something ended up w so much more awesome service and great recommendations!

The manager that was visiting the location was very understanding and helpful Her presence was very Inviting she was very informative on every piece I inquired about she made feel comfortable and I was very happy and satisfied before I left.

Waited about 20 minutes outside the store, but totally understand because of social distancing. I knew exactly what I wanted and the associate made it super easy with her recommendations. Very satisfies overall, thank you!

I wasn’t sure I could return a gift my daughter received for Christmas. The girls stated the deadline for returns and exchanged had passed but they make an exception. They were so nice!

I walked into the store, and was greeted immediately. One of the sales associate said if I needed any help she would gladly help. I gravitated towards her because of her professionalism, and I'm so glad I did. She took one look at our fingers and instantly knew our sizes on the first try.
