Ashley was the name of the associate that waited on me.. I felt like she was in charge and was very knowledgeable of her product . She knew exactly what I was looking for and she knew that it in the main store .. she actually went back to the main store twice to get the right charm I was looking for . I wanted something that would be like a promise ring but the same idea in a charm and she pointed to an item in a book and she quickly went to the main Pandora store twice .. I was impressed with her quickness and her attitude was I got exactly what I wanted and I knew I was going to be 100% satisfied because of her take charge attitude to make the customer happy.. She was truly amazing !!!

They were friendly and knew what I was looking for. Was also very clean with what everyone was around or touched. Didn’t have many staff working so it was somewhat slow.
