I was very satisfied with my experience in the Pandora store, everything was clean, they only allowed a certain amount of people in the store at the same time. And the customer service was excellent.

They were very pleasant and didn’t rush you. Gave great suggestions. Went to buy the Cinderella transformation dress and new Bobbin and suggest the the 3 pack of the bracelet and it was a great bonus!

friendly employees. cleaned merchandise after each customer looked at it, kept touched merchandise seperated from not touched merchandise. waiting in line employee would come up and talk to customers and kept them engaged

I purchased earrings for my aunt last year for Christmas and some gems fell out. She was able to exchange the item. The rep told her she needed a receipt and instead of pushing her away they were able to problem solve and find the receipt with my phone number to exchange the item. Thank you for that.

My sales person was sweet and friendly. She also helped my son find the perfect ring for His girlfriend.
