I was highly satisfied because at my location, I went in for a certain ring set. I asked the worker if they had it, and she said that she was out in her case however she knew a shipment just came in so she would check that. She went in the back and opened the shipment specifically for me, just to see if she got the rings in. Awesome customer service.
