My sales clerk, Hagar F was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient when I changed my mind & we switched out an item. These are retirement gifts to be given at the end of the year, she gave suggestions for the charms, etc. The manager of the store was also helpful and all the staff were friendly.

Charm bracelet broke. They honored my warranty and replaced my bracelet.
