I've always purchased online because the staff at my local store can be very rude, but every employee in this store was extremely friendly! I'll gladly take the hour ride to visit this store again!!!!

The staff were very friendly, and though Pandora is such a small store building, they were able to put safety and protocols for Covid-19 within the store and for the customers. I had sanitized my hands from a staff who is standing by the front entrance and they asked what I was looking for? and they bring it to me one category at a time. I bought the beaded and pave bracelts and rings. All of them are very pretty and I love it.

The store was very clean and the sales associate was patient very helpful and sincere. It was a quick but very successful transaction that did not feel stressful at all.
