I called ahead to reserve the ring an necklace I needed. I arrived to pick it up within an hour of calling and had my order ready to go. They made sure that the ring and necklace fit the person it was meant for before we left. Super helpful staff!!

The sales associate was very friendly and patient while I tried on several rings. She made great recommendations and suggestions as to what looked good/stylish.

The customer representative Hannah S No. 160385 was very welcoming and patient. She showed great customer and friendly. She helped me created a winter bracelet. I was so unsure of what charms I wanted to place on my new silver reflection bracelet but she was so helpful She tried several charms on the bracelet until I was satisfied

My sales associate was very knowledgeable about the merchandise and was able to make good suggestions for what I was looking for. She was very sweet and patient with me, as I had a lot of questions and wanted to look at many items before making my purchase. I was very satisfied with the assistance I received and the purchases I made, as gift for a family member.

As soon as I even stepped foot in the store someone was there to greet me. Also not even 1 minute being inside the store a sales associate was right by my side to assist me in helping me find what I needed and even helped me decided what jewelry I wanted. I will 100% be coming back and buying more things. I already have told some of my best friends about how great the store is.

Everyone of the women were helpful and understood my problem and I was in and out in 15 min
