I was greeted right when I walked in. The sales lady was knowledgable in the items; and even bought over a different selection for me to look at. When I asked her questions; she answered them immediately.

I have gotten my bracelets and charms last year for Christmas.I was greatly satisfied with the variety of charms to pick from.The sales associates knew exactly what I wanted because of my colorful tattoos.Overall experience was great

The customer service that was provided to me and my husband was excellent. The sales person was very helpful and gave suggestions but was not pushy.
