The sales associate was great and she helped us find something else. The problem was not stores fault was the companies they discontinued various birth charms. Unable to get what we wanted

Associate was immediately available. The product i was looking for was retired but the associate found similar products for the occasion and suggested one that was perfect. I was in a pinch for time and they helped to make this a quick purchase. Thank you

Sales ladies are very accomodating,I like their black outfit it complements with the shining pandora charms...happy to find a pandora shop after 1 hour & 18 minutes drive my place,being a certified pandora client.

This store really told me things I needed to know about my bracelet and charms which other stores in my area of Pittsburgh pa did not disclose to me so I really thank the ladies for all their help.

The sale associated was very kind and was very knowledgeable of the Pandora product. She assist us with various style of charms. She also clean our bracelets and help us select different styles accordance to our likes.
