Larissa was very knowledgeable about the products in the store. She was able to make suggestions based on what I was looking for, and was very enthusiastic about doing so. I truly enjoyed working with her. The store was spotless, and everything taken out for me to look at was exceptionally well organized.

I was greeted and asked if I was being helped within seconds of looking around. The sales associate was knowledgable and helpful and her recommendation was excellent as to what I was looking for . She even went an extra step and wrote out a card and the meaning of the charm , personalizing it for what I told her I wanted the charms for. Because of her I will return to the store and maybe this time buy something for myself. In my opinion she is an asset to the company!!

I enjoyed working with the person that was providing me service I did not appreciate the other worker that continued to tell the person I was working with to not exchange my merchandise given I spend a lot of money in the store and the only reason I was not there any earlier to the exchange my merchandise was due to my social anxiety and the high volume of people at the store due to the holiday season and I didn't want to put my business out there the person I worked with was understanding and kept me happy and I left with a smile on my face

Associate Sabrina was very pleasant to work with. She knows her product and assisted me in making my selections. December 27th, I purchased a few items and no one informed me of the survey, had I known this I could have filled out the survey and received $10 of my purchase today.

The personal service was excellent. I was asked what I was looking for and provided with very good suggestions. The Pandora items are always beautiful.

sales associates are very hospitiable and helpful. Bought bracelet in december and went back for clips. Will be going back every couple of months to get more charms.
