Associate was waiting outside of the store to ask what I was interested in and to wait until a customer left the store so that I could enter the store. Very small store. But the associate that waited on me gave me her full attention .

I started to explain the ring I was looking to purchase and the associate went into the case and pulled out exactly what I was looking for in under 30 seconds. The amount of employees in the store was daunting at first but they were all very friendly and helpful.
