The sales associate was very friendly and kind and was a lot of help. She was very aware of what I was asking for and made other recommendations as well. My overall experience there great!

First, the associate educated us well, and was like an artist as she assembled the charms on the bracelet. She was informative about every aspect with our questions, future or discontinued charms, other holiday themes, etc. I asked if I could do business Maria in the future because we will be back. Superb.

Michelle Q. the sales associate was amazing. She’s the best. Michelle was not only professional, knowledgeable and helpful she was so nice. Even during a busy holiday weekend shopping day she was patient, relaxed and listened to all my concerns, answered all my questions etc. I can go on and on but not only did I walk out satisfied but very happy as well. I hope she’s valued by you as I value her.

This is my first time buying at pandora. I was looking for a ring and Maha was really helpful. She didn't hesitate in letting me try it, she also gave me options but, the ring i bought was EVERYTHING i was looking for and more. Loved the service and friendliness of the staff. Plus, the quality of the ring?!?! i am impressed and in love!! Definitely coming back!!

Recomiendo la tienda y a sus empleados por excelente trabajo. Ya que fui a la tienda de Pandora en Holyoke Mall y sali muy descontenta con el servicio que me ofrecieron.

One thing that I was satisfied of Pandora is that the worker's were always there to help whenever I needed it. Also I was highly satisfied with the Pandora experience because there are a lot of choices to choose from

Given the fact that it was "Black Friday" I had to wait in line but that made it less congested and a better experience. Once in the store it was very pleasant.
