A stone fell off of my ring and I went to Pandora and got it replaced with no problem. The associate was very nice. I didn’t have to wait very long either.

The employees were all very nice and very helpful! They seemed very knowledgable about their products and very willing to talk about them all. Talking to an employee and feeling like they are there to help you get the best product for you and not just trying to make a sale is so comforting!
