Why am highly satisfied is because of the atmosphere the sale associate the very very nice and whatever you ask for is right there. That help you very nice and they have a lot of patience thank them they're doing a good job.

I was highly satisfied because at first I was nervous to go into the store and buy some rings that I was looking at online because I didn't know my size or much about jewelry. But the lady that helped me was very polite and they helped me find my ring size and get some rings.

As always, I was extremely happy with my experience at Pandora. My salesperson, names Amina P, was very friendly and Knowles about the products. She helped me place my charms in the perfect order, to make sure they looked best. She notified me of the free cleaning available to me, and of the warranty on my items.

I'm a pretty blue collar guy, and know next to nothing about jewelery. Someone had mentioned Pandora when I was mentioning wanting to get a little something more for my mom's birthday. I had already had all her "big" gifts, but my friend explained that I wouldn't have to break the bank to get something nice. I looked up a nearby location and paid a visit. Felt like a fish out of water for all of about 3 seconds before Kassandra came over and asked if I needed some help. She was awesome. Explained to me about the jewelry, the sales that were ongoing, and was very patient with me while I took it all in. She showed me items in my price range, asked questions, and made suggestions, yet never made me feel at all pressured. I walked out of there with a gift for my mom (which she loved), and a satisfied feeling about the sales process. Thank you.
