Very easy and nice people

I was approached almost immediately by Lily C. when I entered the store. I told her what I was looking for and she set me up at a place on the counter. She then took out all the charms I was interested in, and when I made my decisions, she put them on my bracelet for me-a huge time saver!

The sales person was very knowledgeable the items. Only disappointment that one item was not in stock.

I was very fortunate to get Maha as my salesperson upon entry to this store. I had worked with her last year. She is very patient and helpful in putting together the right jewels I was looking for. The day before I was in the same store and the salesgirl was not really interested it seemed to help me. I don't know if it was the way I was dressed or if she was having a bad day. That being said, I had no problem spending over $400 with the help of a caring salesperson like Maha.
