Pandora Jewelry

I purchased pandora bracelet from this store back in Feb-March, and the clasp completely broke off. This store took the old one and gave me a new one without any hassle and the staff was very pleasant. The girl helping me seemed new, and she was very nice. She asked her manager what to do when I came in, and the manager instructed her to give me a nice bracelet. Very please with this store because other places give me a hard time for exchanging damaged merchandise.

Sales staff offered a friendly greeting the moment I entered the store. They let me browse, but did ask if there was anything particular I was looking for. Lilly was available for me when I was ready to view a particular item. She was very informative about the piece and offered similar pieces as well.

Because Ive been buying a pandora before but no one actually telling me about the survey before so I really appreciate that.

I got my bracelet as a gift from my nieces who ordered it online. They got me the smallest one and it was too small. I was not sure which size to get and the two associates spent quite some time with me as I tried on different sizes. They advised me on which size would be better and assured me if I was not happy I could return it. I did not have a problem because it was ordered online so I was very happy about that. The two associates were wonderful and made my experience a pleasant one. I will return to that store again.

The merchanidse I have purchased was perfect and at a great price. The sales associate was patient, helpful, and polite. I appreciate the customer service she provided. I will likely go back within the next week
