i felt satisfied because the assistants were very nice. It was my first Pandora bracelets and she explain everything that i should know about it.

I went in to purchase two rings and came out with three because I was offered 20% off if I applied for a credit card. The two birth stone rings were in stock along with various other styles. Sales clerk was pleasant to check on prices for newly received style.

I was greeted upon entering the store and was helped right away. The sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable.

My main reason for not being satisfied is the unfriendly behavior of Nancy. She was snippy and full of attitude with the way she spoke to me and also her overall interactions regarding question about the merchandise. The fact that I was buying my daughter a bracelet and a double heart charm with my toddler present is the only reason I didn't call her out on this. Even the way she placed the box in the bag and pretty much pushed/slid the charm to2ards me because we wanted to wear it out the store was so disrespectful. I have purchased other products here and was helped by Yessica who was friendly patient with incredible people skills. I think Nancy should be more aware of her body language and demeanor when interacting with customers. We are there because we love the products and support the vision on pandora. She should treat everyone with the same level of respect knowing that she is the face of the store and the product itself. Again only reason I didn't put her on blast was because there were a few otger customers in the store and I didn't wanted to make a scene that would also cause others to not leave with the same excitement they came in with.

when i got there the associate that was with me wasn’t to nice. I got the vies that she didn’t want to be there but then she left and i got the other associate which helped me pick out my rings and i loved her.

I had hard time with the claspe on the bracelets. It was mentioned there was a piece to help only they did not have any more. The associate was very nice.

I had to chance down an associate to help me out with my purchase. I do understand they were busy with other customers but it would be nice to get acknowledged after your standing in the store for five minutes or so.

The store was beautiful, with a wide variety of products and I was very well attended! Fast and efficient service
