I received bangle as a gift. I went to purchase a spacer and a new charm. I haven't had a chance to wear my bracelet out yet so I can't honestly say I'm highly satisfied. My bracelet is still in the box and due to Covid I self-isolate 90% of the time.

I went to a store far from my home because I was in the area. That’s the only reason I won’t be returning to that particular store soon.

Prices are found are very high and no sales or coupons unless you have a charge card with store

One of the items I wanted to purchase was not in stock

The charms I originally wanted were not all available in the store. I primarily blame the website for not deleting charms that are either retired or virtually out of stock.

No problem at all , very satisfied

The associate seemed disappointed that I would not buy things that she suggested as I already knew exactly what I wanted.

Nothing personal just a small stores for all the clients that go there
